Hi, Neat post. There’s a problem with your web site in internet explorer, would test this… IE still is the market leader and a huge portion of people will miss your magnificent writing because of this problem.
While I practiced as a physician for 30 years (now retried and seeking other paths to spread wellness) I never was exposed to the truth that chronic inflammation is the primary root of so many of our illnesses. Nonetheless, when you think it through it is obvious. I now teach it when I teach A&P and Pathology. It is a cornerstone to my wellness coaching and it is even a target when I do Reflexology sessions. It is all about the fire within. We need to individualize our diets to combat it. We need to calm our stress to combat it. It must be the “new” target of all wellness practices.
This picture poster states it eloquently.

Well said, Dick Keller. Over the past decade, I have been actively sharing these thoughts about inflammation, to medical as well as traditional/indigenous cultures. Keep up the good work, my friend.
