Many people know the importance of macros however many people do not understand the importance of micronutrients or probably don?t even know what I mean by micronutrients. By micronutrients I mean vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals are very important to daily life processes. They are used to speed up nearly every action of all the body systems. But I will not go into complete detail on what all the vitamins and minerals do. But I will suggest using supplementation to get your daily amount of vitamins preferably twice a day pills, I rather twice a day instead of once a day because it will give you a constant supply of vitamins and minerals. See drinking all of that water will flush out a lot of your vitamins and minerals throughout the day if you only take a one a day supplement. However, I will suggest introducing one mineral to your diet especially after your workout, magnesium it is used for muscle contraction, protein metabolism, and energy. Some professional football trainers even go as drastic

Hi G

These technical glitches occur more often than not; probably because of an upgrade somewhere in the system that creates a conflict within the system due to incompatibility. Sorry about that. Will let my tech support know and request a patch. Or transfusion. Mahalo.

Hi Nadine,

Teaching lomilomi is a challenging role because of the amount of experience necessary for the student to become an expert in this art. When the student has acquired the knowledge and experience needed to be able to answer questions from other students, they may feel ready to begin teaching. However, a good teacher also needs to have patience and tolerance. Otherwise the training process becomes difficult due to the lack of aloha between student and teacher. Just as the healer needs more energy or mana than the patient to conduct a healing experience, the teacher must have more energy and mana than the student to conduct a training experience. Where are you in the realm of lomilomi?

Hi Sandra,

Teaching lomilomi is one of my roles as a native practitioner. Training teachers is a specialty that few experts are willing to do. Perhaps it is necessary for both teacher and student to realize that their egos may get in the way of the training process. My purpose in teaching others like yourself is to ensure that the future instructor is an expert in the knowledge and practice of the art. This requires lots of experience. It also requires lots of patience and tolerance. How can you learn with me if you are in Germany?

Dear Dane Kaohelani Silva
Aloha!
I contact you from Denmark. It would be an honour to meet you. If by any chance your holiday is not in july, will it be possible to follow a class in Lomi Lomi, buy a private lesson or in some way experience your work?

My email from earlier today:

With great joy I go to Hawaii now all of july.
As a massage-therapist in Denmark, I have started training Lomi Lomi.
Lomi Lomi touches me deep and clear! I want to continue to learn the healing art as close to the aboriginal tradition as possible.

July is turist-month, but this is the month I can trawel right now so I trust there will be open doors to recive Lomi Lomi classes also in july.
Do you have any possibility to teach in july? or do you know of other aboriginal healers, native massage-terapists and also charmans .. good teachers who also teach chanting and hula in july?

I am a singer and a dancer too. Chanting and hula would be a deep joy for me to experience and practise too.

I bring my little tent and would like to stay at a quiet beach-camp if possible.
To stay close to The Water, The sea is part of my deep wish visiting Hawaii :-)
I am open to go anywhere in hawaii. Some place near Hawaiian Healing Center would be wonderful.

If somehow I come by a july-job fx. as a turist-massage therapist or some kind of helper-job, I am open to that. I trawel low buget but I know that what my heart wish for is possible! Aloha! Also to pay for teaching lessons.

Do you happen to get any idéas? or any information you woud like to pass on to me?

Best Wishes
